I have extremely pale and sensitive skin...what kind of makeup should I use?

I've tried so many brands...L'Oreal's True Match (in Porcelain) matches my skintone perfectly, but the foundation itself doesn't blend with my skin's texture very well, especially when worn for more than 5 hours. I've tried their Bare Naturale line--I love it, but the lightest color is still way too dark for me.
I'm looking for something that works well with combination-oily skin, with a very light color (if you've seen the actress Rose McGowan, that's my skintone). I would prefer a powder with great coverage, but I'm willing to try anything. Suggestions? Any help would be appreciated!

Physician's Formula is great, and doesn't irritate your skin at ALL, in fact, it is good for it!
Try the mineral wear line, they have a powder for fair skin.
And it has GREAT coverage.
