Give me some tips:How would you describe yourself?if you have got an offer for operation manager in restaurant?
How should i answer for this following questions?
1) What kind of growth opportunities would you bring up to the organization?
2) How do you think that you be a right fit for this position?
I have got a job offer from Indian restaurant in singapore. i have done my B.sc catering science in India and have done my MBA(Hospitality management) in switzerland. Have one year experience in india and one year in swiss and never had a managerial positions. these are my qualifications.
And the important thing is they are satisfied with my qualification and experience but what they say is that i have no prior experience in singapore so they have to consider about it. I have final discussion today. i wanna make successfull interview. Guys gimme some advice to get through it. How should i answer them to this question (Have no prior experience in singapore) ? and what are other questions they could probably ask me?
mention your education and prior experience then suggest that although there would be a change in the culture you are accomplished to the integration of the two could result in growth and and with your knowledge and personality you feel that you could move things forward along that line. mention your method of handling employees to get their best effort and ways to instill pride in themselves and their jobs.
